Zambia Hearing Disability Improvement Project is a Non Profit Organisation registered in the UK as a Charity which supports hearing loss programs in Kitwe, Zambia.
In Kitwe, Zambia, over 47,000 people suffer from hearing loss, with nearly 19,000 unable to afford life-changing audiometric services and hearing aids. At Zambia Hearing Disability Improvement Project (ZAHDIP), we’re dedicated to bridging this gap.
Since March 2023, we’ve screened over 4,000 individuals, provided free hearing aids to 102 people, and raised awareness about hearing loss to more than 6,000 community members. Our outreach programs and partnerships with local health centers enable us to reach vulnerable populations and make a lasting impact.
Join us in our mission to transform the lives of those affected by hearing loss. Together, we can create a world where everyone has access to better hearing and a brighter future.
